Just watched G.B win gold in mens rowers eights and the women won silver in the ladies race.

Team G.B are now third in the medal table- brilliant for a wee island !

I would never blow camelot/national lotteries trumpet but without them Britain was in an Olympic backwater. Their funding in the past 20 years has made such a difference to elite sports.
