Sad to hear of the passing of Bernard Walsh. Bernard has been a long time regular contributor to threetowners. I never did meet Bernard but we did correspond over the years. I do know he was well thought of locally in Stevenston and by his former students at St. Michaels. Condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace, Bernard.

So sad to hear of Bernard’s passing. As Hughie said, he was a long time member of our forum and contributed both posts and photos - last time I saw him was at the beginning of our ICI walk during the July reunion. It was a bit of a wild evening and Bernard decided he wouldn’t come with us. Rest in peace Bernard.

Yes it's very sad news. He was a good help to me recently when I was trying to understand how to post imgur photos. I had no idea he was ill.
My condolences to the family.
