Sad to see the passing of long time member Harry Steel of Ardrossan. Harry was raised around the corner from me in what was then Kirkhall Drive. My memory goes back to school days with Harry and his sisters. I remember him also on our mad Sunday 20 plus-a-side football matches in the park next to the shops in Central Avenue - those were magic times for us in the early 1960s.

Harry had recently moved back to Ardrossan from England. Condolences to his family and friends.

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church is on South Crescent, between the Lauriston Hotel and the Registrar's Office, just short of the burn.

Been away too long, PT. Cannot picture a church there. That must mean we visit again!
