sign of the times
thats been three occasions that I have had child toys to give away,I advertised them on an Ayrshire site,FREE ,come and take them.there has been no response although the toys were almost new.would not have happened in my day they would have been snapped up
Re: sign of the times
Would a charity shop not take them? I remember when I was a wee boy all my old toys went to Parkend home.
Those wimin were in the nip.

Unfortunately we don't have charity shops here so all my excess goods go to caritas or the red cross. When I'm in Saltcoats I take them to Debbra or the Salvation Army..

DEBRA will take them. They take just about anything to re-sell.wellparkno9 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2017 5:52 pm thats been three occasions that I have had child toys to give away,I advertised them on an Ayrshire site,FREE ,come and take them.there has been no response although the toys were almost new.would not have happened in my day they would have been snapped up
