Chris, you are correct also. Sadly, Johnny Smyth died 2 two weeks ago. Joe Morris was his brother in law. Johnny was married to Liz Morris.
Peter, I ran about with Johnny for years back in the mid 70's on and knew them very well.
I didn't know Johnny had died, so it was a bit of a shock to me when I read your post.

Yip, the J.Norwood in the pic was a local amateur darts player I think and that's confirmed in the links below. When the Douglas eventually closed a few guys from this darts team ended up playing for the Cross Keys at some point.
I believe John Norwood then went on to form a very successful doubles partnership with Arthur Greenlees.
