Mckean family

Post by Pam Alderman (Nee Mckean) »

Hello, Have done some research and found that James Mckean one of my past relatives was born in Stevenston in 1848 ! He was (I think my great grandfather or may be great great) anyway was pondering and wondered if there are any Mckeans still living in the area ? I would love to know a little bit more, think he was a weaver ?? Look forward to hearing from anyone that may be able to help.
Thanks Pam.
