"Hawthorne House". I would call mine that.

Very Wuthering Heights.

I visited high Withins in 1976 and it is a really desolate place and the only trees there were rowans. That was a strange day because this place is miles from anywhere and yet there was couple enjoying each others company. Anyway your love of hawthorn trees is understandable, there blossom and sweet perfume is so lovely.
