There's a few "vinyl" shops around Fremantle but their prices are ridiculous.

Sainsbury's in Irvine has vinyl for sale,
I saw one album that I had (Bridge Over Troubled Water), and thought "help ma' boab" it cost me 2 quid in 1970
and a Bowie album Diamond Dogs (maybe) which I treated with the same apathy

First heard Diamond Dogs in the Audio dept of R.T. Evans at New street in Stevenston soon after it was released. I had a pal who worked there in 74. That was back in the good old days when Stereo really sounded like S.T.E.R.E.O.

There was Union Electronics
Boglemart,New Street and Shore Road
I always thought Gregor Watson had the best stuff in the area
Early Bob Marley and the Wailers can't remember the title
and
the scary Trout Mask Replica by Captain Beefheart and his Magic Band
cover shown in the link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trout_Mask_Replica
I have
Fill Your Head With Rock a Rock Sampler compilation by CBS, except it was more Blues than rock
One of the artist on the album had Tony Blackburn as a guitarist(I don't think on the album)

Borders, Missing and Virgin had a host of vinyl in the 90s, the was another, might have been 23rd Precinct
