I agree, he deserves to be Australian of the Year.

A real shame. But why is it that so many footballers get MND? Is there something in the ground, like asbestos or something similar that is poisonous to football players?

Doddie Weir the ex Scotland rugby international is really starting to struggle with MND, shame to see such a hulking man start to fade away. Hell of a disease.
