Africa House

There have been previous comments about ICI inc Africa House in the 3T's , we have many of these houses here in SA which are called Cape Dutch Style. Out walking with my neighbour this morning we passed an area where there is a lot of development going on and parts of the older houses in the suburb has been earmarked for demolishing . There were 2 of these houses standing and we were wondering if the developer would leave them and do something to keep them. I was explaining Africa House to my Friend, telling her about the neglect of the building and was wondering if there were any plans to restore it ?
