If it's the one in Ardrossan Road I think not, the building was up for sale by the council,and is with an new occupier.
I think that the registry office is now contained within the " Town Hall"

It is now a health and beauty place called Therapy at the Registry, my sister works there.
Those wimin were in the nip.
