None of mine have been...my Irish and Gordon setters, if we went to a lake couldn't get them out of the water...need to get another pooch.

People who whistle on buses. Cannot stand it.

Loud people - except at the football where they can be entertaining.

People who dress their dugs up. Jaikets, hats, superman or leprechaun suits etc etc. Do they not realise the dug has already got a perfectly good fur coat of it's own

Bassets sport mix gums- How come you get loads of Green and so little Black.

People using their phones going through checkouts. So rude.

People who make a lot of NOISE in libraries.

Irvine is not so bad.

Gone are the days when libraries were quiet places. Now they are like hubs.

Its wasn't all honey you know in the quiet days. I can remember one day in the Andersonian library where you could have heard a pin drop when we were all studying for our exams and suddenly someone let out a huge fart and most of the students were astounded and some even started laughing. I myself disapproved of this behaviour even though I believe it was accidental, someone just trying to let off a silent one. But because it was so disruptive I would say one of my pet hates is people farting in a library.

Another one I hate is people nodding to indicate they want you to do something. Gone are the powers of speech.

Irvine library was nice yesterday. I went on their computers with the rain battering off the roof. Very comforting.

Rented a horror DVD set in the woods to scare myself this weekend.
