One of the best albums I’ve bought in a long time - Jill Jackson’s recently released “Are We There Yet”.

Posted this some time ago in the regular music topic but obviously it belongs in here. Gerry Rafferty co-wrote the song and was also a member of the band (Stealer's Wheel) who had the original hit.

There's some quite heavy strobe lighting about halfway in - just in case anyone has to avoid that sort of thing.

With a wee bit of stiff little fingers at the beginning.
Michael if you're interested the gimme gimme gimmes are playing quite locally later in the summer. Millport scooter rally 24/8 and Troon on 8/9.

Cheers bonzo, not sure if I'll make it to any of those gigs but I'll certainly keep them in mind. :)

In memory of Alan Langmuir who passed away today 2/7/18. Read they sold over 120 million records worldwide, & remember they are only one of a few Scottish bands who made it big in the USA. Never a fan myself, wife was, but in the 70s they were one of the most recognisable boy bands in the uk if not the world.

Even though I was only 8/9 at the height of the rollers I had all the gear (courtesy of Saltcoats market) I think my maw was more of a fan than me and dressed me up  . Did any members attend the gig at Ardeer community centre in 1974? I was to young :(
