The last few months i have had these jerks while dropping off in the afternoon i was bit scared at first i have now information that these are perfectly normal especially if you have been feeling anxious.

I get those when I'm supposed to be asleep...all of a sudden I'm falling over and jerk to stay on my feet (though I'm lying down! Lol!)
