Hope you feel better soon, Meg. Know the exercises can be fair hard. To encourage you my girls Grandma broke her hip last October I think and she reckoned that it was hard but she's now moving around as before but with a stick and going to fly interstate next month. She was 93 a couple of weeks ago. So take heart and I'm sure with the good Scots determination you will be feeling much improved in a few weeks time. Take care
