Thank you all for your kind wishes and Hughie, yer no' bad oan the moothie son!
It was a GREAT birthday - my wee sister Norah came out from Dalry Road for a holiday. My family (3 daughters, 1 son-in-law, 4 grandchildren, 1 wife, 1 mother-out-law and 1 sister) spent a weeks holiday down south in Dunsborough. We "borrowed" a 5-bedroom holiday home which slept 12. Despite the rain, it was a great time! Norah got to see 'roos, galahs, 28s, kookaburras and my son-in-law (whose friends house we "borrowed") showed us his alpacas and miniature belted-Galloway cattle. He has a property down there but no house on it yet.
GREAT TIME away from the usual noises assaulting our ears!
