"Love Island" - Entertainment?

For some time now, in both the Record and Sun, I have been viewing (not reading) snippets relating to "Love Island", which can, at best, be described as "soft porn"! Having been a teenager in the 60s, I'm no prude but is this rubbish really accepted as entertainment? How is a TV channel permitted to air it, even in a time-slot when children should be in bed?

Aye, a load of absolute nonsense! I caught part of an episode some time ago and that was enough for me.

Literally had to rub my eyes when post's started appearing on f/book by folk who were actually counting down the day's - Xmas style - till the latest series was due to go on air, cringeworthy stuff.

Concur with all that's been said, and as for most of the ' Alleged ' Comedy, ........perpetrators should be charged under the Trades Description Legislation. It's about as funny as PILES.
