If the Licensing Certificate in respect of the Grant Arms has already been transferred from Mary Wilson to another named individual then the latter will have undergone a thorough police check and been approved as a fit and proper person by the North Ayrshire Licensing Board.

Walked past the Grant Arms earlier on and managed to get a wee gander at the Bar area inside. Work still ongoing but it looks as though it's going to have a similar layout as before and also seems to have kept it's 'traditional pub' look.
Can't speak for the Lounge at the back though as I never seen what was happening in there.

I have every faith in North Ayrshire Licensing Board and their through checks.
However, we as the drinkers of the TTT's have very different criteria for who is going to run OOR favourite pub.
I was counting on your local knowledge of the Three Toons to apply our extra critical criteria.

Karma is hardly a new one...things I have trouble with are initialised phrases, i.e. bogo...took me a while!
