I passed the site today, Mitchy, and it has been completely fenced off. The platforms are outside the perimeter suggesting that they are not part of the development.

The platforms appear to be outwith the boundaries of the building site, Mitchy, but time will tell if they will be removed.

If you go to http://www.SaintPeterInChains.net then click on The Pavilion under Building The Church in the left frame, you will see a picture of the Pavilion on the site of Saint Peter's Church.

You are right about Montfode Burn. It enters the sea near the Greasy Pole on the North Shore.
