GeorgeJohnstone's Daughter was my Grandmother Jessie Johnstone. He was therefore my Great grandfather. One of George Johnstone's employees was Robert Cook (my other Great Grandfather) whose son George Cook married Jessie Johnsone. Robert was the one who found the sarcophagus in the old church. macaulay I took piano lessons from Mr Rigby for 4 years and hated every minute of it though I liked him.
looking back I wish I had stuck with it as I would love to be able to play now.

Went to the movies the other night and watched "once upon a time in Hollywood "by Tarantino (very good)
One of the previews of upcoming movies was called "Ad Astra " Which is of course the motto of Ardrossan Academy. It is on their school badge and means "To the Stars"
