NO PORTUGUESE CONSULATE AT ARDROSSAN

Owing to trade between Portugal and the Ayrshire ports having dwindled away during the last 15 years it has been decided not to appoint a successor to Mr William Anderson, the former Portuguese Vice-Consul at Ardrossan.
