Well it looks like it's going to be Office Suites. There is an open day on the 30th November.

So I've gone by the old Kilmarnock College building in Saltcoats and notice that there seems to be work being carried out. Any idea what's going on there? Is it going to be new flats or a new business?

Thought I would update this. I was reading the Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald. It seems Irvine Bay have one live party interested in the top floor.

I supose the number of working age people will plummet because there is no jobs so they move away to other places. It's not looking too promising is it?
