Never have to use water on our lawn, Morag. If we have a hot Summer it browns off but comes back. I put it down as turf from the turf farm - a fair mix of different grasses within the turf. Just had a wopper of a thunder storm and more rain - still warm around 24 degrees Celsius. Away to make a baco...

Australia just qualified against Honduras 3 - 1 in Sydney. So, Russia here we come - it's been a long road but I think they have improved.

Sending good vibes to our New Zealand cousins in their qualifying match against Peru.

Went to see the latest "Murder on the Orient Express" movie yesterday. We enjoyed it! You'll never guess who the murderer was. I always go for the outside chance when it gets too overwhelming... well that didn't work. :roll:

I remember just after the war there were army coats over our beds on top of a few blankets. And, the bedroom fires getting a start with red hot coal from the living room fire - often toasted bread there on the end of a fork for supper. :) Not cold here today - to be 26 degrees in Melbourne - love th...
