BBC Scotland Tuesday 10pm repeated Saturday at 9.40 - inside the mind of Robert Burns - with some parts showing Burns’ attitude to women in a different, perhaps disturbing light.

Not like the BBC to trash Scots heros is it!!!!!

Thanks , bonzo- Did Ayr have an airport or was it Prestwick? Hi Brian - Heathfield was a military airport during the war - spitfires were stationed there. Meg I knew Heathfield was an RAF station but never realized the number of squadrons that operated out of it over the years. https://en.m.wikiped...

So sad to hear of Bernard’s passing. As Hughie said, he was a long time member of our forum and contributed both posts and photos - last time I saw him was at the beginning of our ICI walk during the July reunion.
