Yes I always buy pies and sausage rolls whenever I visit the kandy bar in Saltcoats. They are definitely the best.

Yes I remember the las Scalia restaurant. I ate chips and had a glass of orange there. That would be around 1958.

I remember it well. I was 12 years old and had walked up Glasgow street from church,turned past the garage to go up the hill and the bridge had collapsed. It was quite a scene. We had to retreat to the bridge into Barrie terrace and get home that way.
