My dad was a bookies runner in Ardrossan just can't remember the name of the bookies! He also worked for Lennox in Saltcoats I remember going to see him at work after school!

I was born Irvine Central Hospital lived in Saltcoats until the age of eight yrs old then moved to Stevenston!

I remember Mr Proctor music teacher, Mr Frasor woodwork, think it was Mr Banks science? I would love to hear from the pupils from this time! My fav teacher was Mr Protor he really got into the music lol Peter and the Wolf was a fav of his! Love it!

Oh the times I've walked up the lane to the library and bought bread enroute lol happy days!! Every Saturday eve I used to walk to the chip shop best chippy ever especially wrapped in newspaper!! Oh the memories!!
